Depression
Depression is a common mental health condition that affects thoughts, emotions, and daily functioning. It is estimated that one in seven Indians will experience depression in their lifetime. Anxiety
Anxiety is a mental health condition characterized by excessive worry, fear, or nervousness that can interfere with daily life. Panic Disorder
Panic Disorder is a condition marked by sudden and intense episodes of fear, often accompanied by physical symptoms such as chest pain, dizziness, and shortness of breath. Affecting around 2% of the Indian population, panic disorder can cause individuals to live in constant fear of future attacks, leading to avoidance behaviors that limit their activities. Panic attacks can be unpredictable or triggered by specific situations. However, with proper treatment and coping strategies, individuals can manage their symptoms, regain confidence, and resume normal daily activities.
